everything you’re feeling is common
even though you’ve never felt so alone
i could probably catch a ride to your house
and borrow a bike to get back home
she says you gotta promise not to break
no matter how far you are bent
she says you gotta shift your position
and try to get comfortable again.
yo somebody live in my room!!!!!!!!
WANNA LIVE HERE??? I’m subletting my beautiful room this summer from May through August!
About Me: I’m a junior at Northeastern, and moved into this apartment with my roommate Krystal at the beginning of September. We decided to move to Allston (although it’s a little farther from campus), because it is a great location for bars, music venues, restaurants, and shopping.
About the building:
Our rent is a little pricy for Allston standards, but we’re really getting a lot for our money with the apartment. It’s in a convenient, safe location with plenty of outdoor lighting at night. There is laundry in the basement, and we have a super named Raul who also lives in the basement. It’s really nice having him right in the building, because if anything goes wrong, he’ll just come upstairs and fix it. We are on the third floor of the building. It’s actually surprisingly really quiet at night. Sometimes it gets a little noisier on Fridays and Saturdays. My favorite part of the apartment is the private screened-in porch. We have an incredible amount of space for it being a two bedroom. My room is big enough to comfortably fit two people if you wanted to have another roommate and split the rent. We also get a lot of natural sunlight because our apartment spans from the front of the building to the back. My bedroom gets the most light in the morning.
For groceries, we’re less than a ten minute walk from Shaws, and Trader Joe’s in Coolidge Corner is also only a 20 minute walk, or short bike ride. We also have Blanchard’s liquor store around the corner, as well as the post office, and Refuge Cafe )Allston’s version of Pavement).
Utilities are not included in the listed rent. We do not have cable TV, but we do pay Comcast each month for Internet. Other costs include gas and electric. When split with Krystal, you shouldn’t be paying more than 30-40 dollars per month in extra utility costs.
If you have any other questions or what to know the rent rate, please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message.
So you just gonna bring me a birthday gift on my birthday to my birthday party on my birthday with a birthday gift?
this packaging on point
I just received the whenever, if ever test cassette, and thought I’d take the chance to put it together with the other pieces, to give a clear idea of what it’s going to look like - turns out, beautiful.
Tape/poster/packaging I designed for twiabp.
